We received our humble beginnings one summer over 15 years ago with an experiment in converting old potato fields, long deficient in soil nutrients, to working, viable, crop land. Through years of fallow, and green manure tillage, we've re-discovered what years of mono-culture had forgotten; Root crops in northern Maine are rivaled by no others. 

We believe the key to great health is nutrient dense food. We focus our efforts to not just growing great food, but making sure our soil is abundant in the minerals and micronutrients required to grow to crops to their fullest potential. 

We're constantly learning and refining, incorporating new theories of crop production with traditional methods held for generations.
